I've blogged a few posts before then deleted them a few weeks later. I'm going to give it a go around again without using the delete button.
I taught myself quilting last summer. I always enjoy looking at pictures on blog posts of quilts so let me share with you my first piece quilt. I completed it July 2009. It's from Kim Noblin's website, Block Central. She has several Block of the Month's and I selected "Somewhere in Time" to be my first piece quilt.
I longarm quilted it myself at a local quilt shop in town. I still keep looking at it in disbelief that I actually made it. I'll share some of my other completed quilts another day.
